Partnership Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute brand campaigns for all seasons and mid-seasons
• Analyse the marketing media pack and make any necessary alterations
• Record confirmation of brand and third party contributions and share with department heads.
• Negotiate contributions based on buying increases and previous campaigns
• Analyse previous season campaigns with brands and discuss upcoming season campaigns
• Keep records of all brand confirmations via email and confirm brand contributions
• Collate records of all brand exposure during campaign periods
• Plan with the accounts team to invoice brands for marketing contributions
• Assist the accounts team with any queries and chase brands for outstanding payments
• Work with the marketing creative team to produce review packs for each paid brand

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Flexibility – The ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic business environment which will require the job holder to manage a large volume of high-priority tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work off your own initiative and proactively.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of fashion industry and marketing trends
