Event Planning & Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing college events; coordinate logistics, registration, vendors, room layouts, audiovisual support, catering, and event materials.
Marketing & Communications: Assist in development and implementation of marketing campaigns; create content for social media, websites, email marketing, newsletters, and promotional materials; write, edit, and proofread marketing copy and event communications; ensure brand consistency; capture and organize photography and video content.
Graphic Design: Design print and digital marketing materials including flyers, brochures, banners, presentations, invitations, signage, and social media graphics.
Administrative Support: Maintain calendars and project timelines; organize marketing files, event documentation, and digital assets.

Required Education:
High School / GED
Required Experience:
Relevant experience in event planning, event management, marketing, communications, or a related field.

Preferred

Preferred Education:
Bachelors Degree
Preferred Experience:
One to three years of relevant experience; higher education experience preferred.
