Job Description
As a Video Monitoring Specialist/Video Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in understanding and improving our customer interactions and sales performance. This is a remote role based out of our headquarters in West Allis, WI. Candidates must be currently located in the Greater Milwaukee area or within a commutable distance to be considered.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Video Monitoring and Analysis: Watch video footage of customer interactions captured by in-store cameras. Carefully observe and identify different types of customers based on visual cues and previous interactions.
- Data Recording and Entry: Accurately record the relevant data points, including customer type and interaction outcome, in Excel or other designated databases. Ensure data accuracy and maintain detailed documentation of each interaction.
- Performance Reporting: Present findings to the management team and relevant stakeholders to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Insights and Recommendations: Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Assist in developing strategies to enhance customer experiences and optimize sales performance.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on recorded data to ensure consistency and reliability. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or data anomalies. Ensure all cameras are functioning properly.
- Privacy and Security: Adhere to strict privacy and security protocols when handling sensitive customer data and video footage. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately record data from visual cues.
- Experience in using Excel or similar spreadsheet software for data entry and analysis.
- Good communication skills to present findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity and adherence to privacy and security protocols.

Job Type: Part-Time, Hourly Position - $15 an hour for 4-6 hours a day, 5 days a week - morning and weekend hours are required
