Responsibilities

• Create and manage marketing campaigns that increase visibility, engagement, and leads
• Write press releases, pitch stories, and build relationships with media outlets
• Identify media coverage, speaking, award, and recognition opportunities
• Create, manage, and optimize Meta and Google Ads, including retargeting campaigns
• Track advertising performance, lead generation, and return on investment
• Support recruiting, business development, and community outreach
• Develop content calendars and create posts, graphics, videos, reels, and promotional materials
• Coordinate with existing social media contacts to keep messaging and campaigns aligned
• Monitor engagement and support audience growth
• Design brochures, presentations, flyers, and other marketing materials

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related role
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns
• Strong writing, communication, content creation, and graphic design skills
• Proficiency with Canva and other marketing design tools
• Experience updating websites and applying SEO best practices
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, brands, and deadlines
• Willingness to learn new software and support a variety of office needs
