Responsibilities

• Visit assigned primary care offices and introduce California Dermatology Institute
• Speak with front desk staff, referral coordinators, or office managers
• Distribute marketing materials (flyers, business cards, promo items)
• Briefly explain our services and referral process
• Collect contact names/business cards when available
• Log visits and notes in our tracking system (spreadsheet/Badger Map app)
• Participate in brief weekly remote check-ins for support, feedback, progress updates, and collaboration on ways to improve outreach efforts
• Outreach for our Phoenix and Scottsdale office

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations in a professional setting
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident approaching new people
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
