Job Summary

You will own digital communications for CCTC, managing the website, newsletters, social media, and content migrations, and coordinating with the Executive Director.

Maintain and update the Wix website and migrate content to Wix Online Programs.
Create, schedule, and monitor email newsletters and text campaigns.
Design weekly social media content and track analytics.

Responsibilities

Update and maintain the CCTC Wix website, https://www.cctcinc.org.
Create and schedule email newsletters (MailerLite) and text campaigns (SimpleTexting).
Design and publish weekly social media content using Canva or a similar program.
Monitor communication analytics and maintain contact lists in MailerLite and SimpleTexting.
Migrate existing course content from Wix to Wix Online Programs.
Participate in Zoom check-ins with the Executive Director up to twice per week, ideally on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10 AM and 4 PM.

Requirements

Strong writing, proofreading, organization, and communication skills.
Experience with social media, websites, email marketing, and graphic design.
Familiarity with tools such as Wix, Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, MailerLite and SimpleTexting, or similar platforms.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
Reliable internet connection with Zoom capability.
Social media marketing: 1 year (Required)
English fluently (Required)

Preferred

theology majors or have a theological background and desire to use their communication skills to support a Christian counseling ministry are especially encouraged to apply.
Email marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
Web design: 1 year (Preferred)
