Position Overview

Strass Collins & Co. is seeking an experienced, highly organized Part-Time Account Manager to support the day-to-day management of client accounts. This fully remote, client-facing role is ideal for a marketing professional with at least five years of experience who is seeking flexible, part-time work.

This is an execution-focused role. While you’ll play a key role in client management and execution, overall account strategy and high-level decision-making will remain led by company leadership. You will work closely with leadership to support, prepare, and execute on all client initiatives.

Role Details

• Start Date: June 1, 2026
• Hours: 20+ hours per week
• Pay: $25-$35/hr based on experience
• Structure: Independent contractor (1099) role
• Contract: 7-month contract with the opportunity to extend
• Location: Fully remote, but preference for candidates based in Tampa, FL
• Travel: Optional travel opportunities on occasion

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, managing ongoing communication with clarity and professionalism
• Manage multiple accounts and deadlines, owning timelines, deliverables, and client expectations
• Coordinate with internal team members and leadership, participate in weekly meetings, and escalate strategic questions or decisions as needed
• Coordinate with client and internal team to strategize, plan, prepare and implement monthly social media content calendars
• Maintain social media accounts for multiple clients, including content scheduling, platform optimization, and audience engagement
• Assist with basic website content updates and maintenance (Wix, Squarespace)
• Assist with administrative tasks, internal marketing initiatives, event planning, conference support, and various client engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or other related field
• Experience managing social media platforms & business pages
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Canva (Adobe products a plus)
• Basic knowledge of social scheduling platforms (Hootsuite a plus) and website content management systems (e.g., Wix, Squarespace)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Ability to meet in-person in Tampa, Florida on occasion
• Access to personal computer and phone to perform job duties
