Responsibilities

• Create static and video ads for Meta and TikTok
• Write hooks, scripts, headlines, and direct-response copy
• Launch, manage, and optimize paid-social campaigns
• Own the Meta Business Manager, ad account, Facebook Page, Instagram account, permissions, billing, and related assets
• Maintain strong account health through platform-policy compliance, access controls, two-factor authentication, and proper asset setup
• Monitor and resolve rejected ads, payment issues, account restrictions, and access problems quickly
• Work with Meta support and manage appeals or verification processes when necessary
• Ensure tracking is functioning correctly across Meta, TikTok, AppsFlyer and the App Store
• Analyze CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, trial starts, subscriptions, and retention
• Build a consistent creative-testing pipeline and turn winning concepts into repeatable formats

Requirements

• Proven experience personally managing Meta and TikTok campaigns—not only producing the creative
• Proven experience personally creating high-performing paid-social ads
• Strong knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Facebook Pages, permissions, verification, advertising policies, and account-health procedures
• Experience handling ad rejections, restrictions, compromised accounts, or Business Manager access issues
• Exceptional English copywriting and creative judgment
• Strong video-editing and design skills
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and subscription funnels
• Experience marketing consumer mobile apps or subscription products
• Highly responsive, organized, and comfortable operating independently
• Experience limited primarily to ecommerce or agency account management is unlikely to be a fit.
