  • Collaborate with creative and data teams to test, learn, and scale campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across:
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • TikTok Ads
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
  • Manage campaign budgets ranging from hundreds to tens of thousands of dollars per month
  • Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion strategies
  • Monitor performance daily and make optimization recommendations
  • Conduct A/B testing for creative, messaging, audiences, and landing pages
  • Track KPIs including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing paid media campaigns
  • Demonstrated success across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys
  • Experience with conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
  • Comfortable analyzing data and making optimization decisions independently
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

  • Google Ads Certification
  • Meta Blueprint Certification
  • LinkedIn Marketing Certification
  • Experience with B2B lead generation
  • Experience running campaigns for conferences, events, or SaaS companies
  • Curious and constantly testing new ideas
  • Data-driven, but understand the creative side of marketing
  • Proactive—you identify opportunities before being asked
  • Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
