Responsibilities

• Build weekly ad briefs for paid social (short reels and statics)
• Lead our in-house creative team to produce editorial-quality assets
• Study winning DTC campaigns and interior design culture
• Translate trends in interior design into ad concepts
• Curate Pinterest boards + mood boards for campaigns
• Kill weak creative before it ever reaches customer eyeballs
• Work directly with our creative director and founder to identify patterns and iterate

Requirements

• 3+ years in ecommerce creative strategy
• Proven experience driving revenue through paid social
• Deep understanding of hooks, objections, AOV, CVR, LTV
• Strong aesthetic judgment (you follow interior designers, editorial brands, and design publications)
• Obsessive attention to layout, typography, lighting, and visual tone
