Job Description

Responsibilities

Build, manage and optimise Meta campaigns against clear performance targets
Manage budgets to CPA and ROI goals, moving spend as results change
Test creative, audiences and messaging, learn from it, and test again
Turn GA4 and Meta Ads Manager data into clear insight the team can act on
Work with our Meta account reps to try new tools and opportunities early
Support our affiliate partner with choosing partners, briefing creative and reporting
Keep your messaging in step with launches and seasonal moments, working with our ecommerce, creative and content teams

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on paid social experience on Meta
Experience managing significant monthly budgets, and confidence making spend decisions based on performance
Confidence with Excel and GA4, and a good eye for the numbers that matter
The ability to balance creative instinct with data-led decisions
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Ownership and initiative, plus curiosity about new channels

Preferred

Experience in high-volume ecommerce or DTC
Affiliate marketing experience
