Position Overview
We are seeking an Outreach & Communications Intern to support partnerships, public relations, and communication systems. A good fit for candidates interested in nonprofit management, marketing, and communications.

Key Responsibilities

• PR & Media Outreach: Research and contact media outlets, draft outreach emails and pitch materials, and assist with media visits.
• Partnership Development: Identify and connect with nonprofits, brands, and organizations; maintain partnership tracking and follow-ups.
• CRM & Outreach Campaigns: Manage contacts in CRM systems and assist with email, SMS, and phone outreach.
• Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries via email, text, and social media; assist with bookings and rescheduling.
• Event & Systems Support: Assist with sanctuary events and on-site logistics; help organize backend systems (Google Drive, Dropbox, CRM).

Requirements

• Studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable interacting with guests, partners, and teams

Compensation
Stipend: $25 a week. Academic credit also available.
