The candidate will join a leading real investment team with focus on full investment lifecycle across new US Debt Originations. You will work closely with senior team members to support the US Debt Originations business through sourcing, underwriting, and preparing investment committee materials for new debt origination. The role includes maintaining key stakeholder and client relationships. Core responsibilities include market research, financial analysis, due diligence coordination, cross‑team collaboration, and preparing investment materials to support efficient execution, closing, and transition of transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the identification and initial evaluation of potential investment opportunities by leveraging internal resources and market insights.
• Assist in monitoring market trends and assessing entry and exit considerations to help shape investment strategy recommendations.
• Coordinate due diligence activities, including working with external consultants and helping assess legal, technical, tax, structural, and financial aspects of transactions.
• Partner with internal teams (Legal, Technical, Finance, Tax, Asset Management) to gather required inputs and ensure alignment throughout the transaction process.
• Conduct and refine financial analyses, incorporating insurer criteria, tax considerations, and transaction structures under the guidance of senior team members.
• Prepare and contribute to materials for the Investment Committee.
• Support transaction execution activities, including coordinating closing processes, funding logistics, and handover to asset management.
• Help track and complete post‑closing items such as guarantees, documentation, and other follow‑up obligations.

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in real estate, finance, or related discipline)
• 1 to 4 years of related work experience in originations, underwriting, or real estate investment management
• Quantitative and analytical skills with expert-level proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as proficiency in Argus.
• Understanding of real estate fundamentals and capital structures, including basic familiarity with complex capital structures
