Position Overview
This entry-level role picks and prepares customer orders for pickup, delivery, or shipment while supporting inventory accuracy.
On-site environment: This is an on-site position. The work is performed in a store, stockroom, warehouse, distribution center, production facility, or similar physical work environment, with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, coworkers, supervisors, drivers, or other onsite teams as applicable.
What You’ll Do

• Locate and pick ordered merchandise
• Verify items and prepare orders for handoff
• Stage completed orders in designated areas
• Assist customers or delivery partners during onsite pickups when assigned
  

What helps you succeed: A strong entry-level candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, able to communicate clearly with others, attentive to accuracy and safety, and willing to learn established procedures. Prior experience is helpful but is not required for many roles when employer training is provided.
