We are looking for Oracle Cloud Global Trade Management (GTM) Functional Consultant responsible for ongoing support. You will act as a primary subject matter expert, bridging the gap between business trade requirements and technical system configurations. Job Title : Oracle GTM functional Duration : 6+ Months Location : BayArea, CA Key Responsibilities Module Configuration: Perform hands-on configuration of core GTM modules, including Restricted Party Screening (RPS), Product Classification (HTS/ECCN), License Management, and Customs Management. Production Support: Provide high-level (L2/L3) support for critical incidents, managing the full lifecycle of Service Requests (SRs) via My Oracle Support. Integration Management: Oversee integration touchpoints between GTM and other systems such as Oracle OTM, ERP Cloud, or third-party logistics providers using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Release Management: Evaluate the impact of Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, performing regression testing and advising stakeholders on new features. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on Oracle GTM experience, including at least one full-cycle Cloud implementation. Multiple Support Projects. Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of global trade regulations, including export controls, sanctioned party screening, and AES/customs filings. Technical Proficiency: Ability to work with Automation Agents, SQL for troubleshooting, and data migration tools like FBDI. Work Environment: These roles typically require working on a rotational schedule at local corporate offices (e.g., client Campus) to ensure direct collaboration with onsite IT and business leadership team.
