Job Summary
Own the readability and consistency of internal and external communications across newsletters, blogs, and site content, while maintaining templates and transcripts to support the editorial cadence.
- Content Ownership: Write, edit, and distribute newsletters, emails, and marketing material.
- Editorial Systems: Review for accuracy and consistency, update messaging templates, and polish transcripts for publication.
- Process & Cadence: Maintain standard processes and serve as the content backbone for multi-channel communications.
