HispanicMarketing.com is a fast-growing legal and Hispanic marketing agency helping law firms grow through culturally relevant marketing, bilingual outreach, and client acquisition strategies.
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help scale operations, improve internal systems, and support a high-performing remote team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced agency environments and understands how to build structure, accountability, and operational efficiency across multiple departments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day agency operations
- Improve systems, workflows, and SOPs
- Support onboarding and operational processes
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, and accountability
- Coordinate across marketing, recruiting, and account management teams
- Help leadership optimize efficiency and scalability
- Ensure projects and deliverables stay on track
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Operations or Project Management experience
- MUST currently work at a marketing agency
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing remote teams
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Fluent English required
- Legal marketing experience is a strong plus
