Iradaa Creative is seeking a reliable and highly organized Operations & HR Manager to help manage remote team operations, reduce workflow overload, and keep internal systems running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who can handle day-to-day operations, team coordination, hiring support, onboarding, documentation, and process improvement.

The goal of this role is to make the company’s remote work environment more structured, efficient, and easy to manage.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily remote team operations and workflow coordination

Organize tasks, deadlines, and team communication across departments

Support hiring, screening, onboarding, and team management processes

Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, checklists, and internal systems

Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed on time

Improve operational processes to reduce workload and confusion

Coordinate between team members, contractors, and management

Help manage tools such as ClickUp, Notion, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar platforms

Track performance, attendance, responsibilities, and project updates

Identify bottlenecks and suggest better systems for smoother operations

Requirements

Experience in operations, HR coordination, virtual assistance, or remote team management

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple people, tasks, and deadlines remotely

Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar

Basic understanding of hiring, onboarding, and team coordination

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and keep systems organized

Experience working with international or remote teams is a plus

Availability to overlap with US or international working hours is preferred
