Job Summary

Own analytics leadership for a multi stakeholder account, turning a vision into a learning agenda, measurement plan and regular reporting while guiding a Manager and Senior Analysts.

Owns the analytics roadmap and milestones to deliver on business goals, coordinating with Strategy, Investment, Operations and Engineering stakeholders.
Leads a small team, balancing loading and assignments, and communicates clearly with internal/external partners.
Builds and evolves the learning agenda, KPIs, and measurement framework to steer ongoing analytics work and client reporting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Work closely with the VP and SVP, Analytics to formulate a vision for the account, and then execute on that vision with their Manager and Senior Analysts
Provide oversight and guidance to Manager and Senior Analyst. Oversee team assignments and load balancing.
Responsible for project roadmaps, pacing towards milestones, and overall success.
Owns the learning agenda, measurement plan, and all reporting deliverables for assigned line of business
Proactively identify, research, and help implement innovative solutions
Works in close collaboration, and leads communications with internal and external stakeholders such as Strategy, Investment, Operations, Data Governance, Engineering, clients, and vendor partners, with the ability to adapt to varying audiences

Requirements

5-7 years of experience working in an Analytics capacity
3+ years in a managerial or supervisory role
Bachelor’s degree. Degree in a related field is a plus (i.e. STEM, Economics, Marketing/Advertising, etc.).
Agency experience is a must, as is knowledge of Marketing/Advertising industries
Comfort in working in highly ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments
Develop strong collaborative relationship with media team members and partners, earning credibility to drive results as a respected advisor
World-class customer service skills. Ability to service clients, partners and internal stakeholders by understanding their needs, translating those needs into creative solutions, and delivering on those solutions with diligence and a sense of urgency
Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both external and internal clients
Demonstrated strong project management skills
A strong natural curiosity for analytical problems and data challenges – and the willingness to understand the role of data from strategy to execution to optimization
