Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of exciting community and in-store events that energize our customers and showcase our loyalty programs.
Manage project timelines, coordinate marketing campaigns, and ensure seamless execution from start to finish.
Keep our online presence fresh by maintaining Google Business profiles and engaging with reviews.
Craft captivating email campaigns, develop engaging social media content and support website updates.
Collaborate across teams to create consistent, impactful messaging that resonates with our audience.
Assist in managing marketing materials and inventory to keep everything running smoothly.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of hands-on marketing experience preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication, with a knack for copywriting and proofreading.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills a plus.
Experience with social media, email marketing, Google Business profiles, and analytics tools.
Outgoing, energetic, and eager to learn — a true team player with a positive attitude.
