Responsibilities

Digital Creative Execution: Develop static and motion assets across Meta, TikTok, Google Display, and other paid and social channels, bringing campaign concepts and creative direction to life.
Creative Iteration: Build variations of successful concepts by testing different headlines, CTAs, hooks, layouts, imagery, and visual styles.
Gen AI Integration: Use Generative AI tools to support concept development, rapid prototyping, image generation, and asset enhancement.
Performance-Informed Design: Learn from creative performance data and apply insights to future designs and iterations.
Social-First Creative: Design with platform behavior and best practices in mind, creating work that feels native, engaging, and thumb-stopping.
Brand Adaptability: Work across multiple brands and visual identities while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
Collaboration: Partner closely with the fellow creatives, and marketing team to bring concepts to life and deliver campaigns on time.
Creative Growth: Stay curious about emerging design trends, social formats, AI tools, and new approaches to digital advertising.

Requirements

Experience: 2–4 years of professional design experience, preferably within an agency, in-house creative team, or digital/social environment.
Digital-First Mindset: A strong understanding of digital and social design, with an interest in what makes creative stand out across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.
Technical Toolkit: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
Working knowledge of motion design tools such as After Effects or Premiere is a plus.
Experience with Figma for collaborative design and production.
Gen AI: Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Gemini, or similar platforms. Experience with more advanced AI workflows such as ComfyUI is a plus, but not required.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, paid social, campaign creative, or other relevant work.
Agility: Comfortable balancing multiple projects, incorporating feedback, and working within a fast-paced creative environment.
Growth Mindset: Curious, collaborative, and eager to develop a deeper understanding of performance marketing and data-driven creative.
