Responsibilities

The Videographer will capture high-quality video content for local business clients, including service demonstrations, client testimonials, brand stories, and promotional assets.
Daily responsibilities include planning and setting up shoots, operating cameras and audio equipment, directing on-camera participants, and collaborating with the creative team to align visuals with marketing goals.
The role also involves organizing footage, coordinating with editors, and ensuring consistent visual standards across projects.
The Videographer will work closely with marketing strategists and account managers to deliver content that supports each client’s broader marketing engine.

Requirements

Strong video production skills, including camera operation, lighting setup, and sound recording for on-site shoots.
Experience with video editing workflows, file management, and collaboration with editors using industry-standard software.
Ability to plan and storyboard shoots, interpret creative briefs, and translate marketing objectives into engaging visual content.
Skill in directing non-professional talent, making clients comfortable on camera, and capturing authentic, high-impact footage.
Understanding of social media and digital marketing formats (short-form video, ads, reels) and best practices for online distribution.
Reliable access to professional or prosumer videography equipment; familiarity with multi-camera setups and basic gimbal use is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate on-site with clients and internal teams.
Ability to work on location in Orlando, FL, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for traveling to client locations in the Orlando area.

Preferred

Previous experience filming for local businesses, agencies, or commercial projects is preferred.
