Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Accountable to create an overall social media strategy to expand following, promote Kroc Center activities, foster relationship building, and engage our members and the community in the purpose and mission of the Kroc Center soliciting and incorporating input from the Marketing Strategist and Marketing Committee.
  • Utilize media equipment to develop and edit photographic and video content that effectively tells the story of the Kroc and the people who engage in its activities.
  • Design and develop social media content for all relevant platforms to effectively execute and support the implementation of the approved social media strategy.
  • Review and collaborate with program departments to assure maintenance of website content – visual assets, links, and copy – are current and relevant to operations.
  • Oversee social media content created by Kroc team members – providing guidance on strategy, and review and approve content before publication.
  • Manage all local and staff created communications pieces Ensuring program heads and staff are compliant with Kroc branding and messaging standards and using marketing created templates properly.
  • Maintain and update internal electronic monitor content (except pricing screens) to assure current, diversified, and relevant content is presented.
  • Partner with contracted Marketing Strategist to develop a comprehensive overall marketing plan and strategy to achieve key performance objectives.
  • Coordinate all marketing meetings including Marketing Committee, outside marketing contractors and strategy sessions with the contracted Marketing Strategist as required.
  • Collect, analyze, and provide key social media analytics to leadership to guide future strategic decisions.
