Job Description
Responsibilities
- Field inbound calls from private clients requesting appraisal quotes and route to the appropriate appraiser
- Coordinate website updates with our marketing agency and hosting provider
- Create and maintain marketing materials such as firm and service-line one-pagers
- Assemble client submittal packages (firm and appraiser credentials and qualifications)
- Prepare the firm's annual Atlanta Business Chronicle application and similar submissions
- Manage state appraisal license applications and renewals for firm principals across multiple states
- Prepare the firm's annual E&O insurance application
- Track Appraisal Institute continuing education, events, and related communications
- Maintain the master appraiser qualifications and licenses document
- Update appraiser credentials on client vendor portals and in our appraisal software platform
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience managing administrative responsibilities, records, and recurring deadlines. Office administration and professional services backgrounds (real estate, appraisal, legal, accounting, insurance, financial services) are a natural fit, and we also welcome candidates transitioning from education or similar detail-intensive fields
- Excellent written communication and proofreading skills
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to manage recurring deadlines (renewals, filings, applications) without reminders
- Comfortable learning new software platforms independently
- Professional phone presence
Preferred
- Experience in commercial real estate, appraisal, or a licensing-heavy industry
- Experience with website content management or vendor portal administration
- Interest in or experience with AI productivity tools
