Klink is building a next-generation rewards and performance marketing platform, connecting advertisers, users, and publishers through high-quality, measurable results. We help apps, games, and brands acquire high-intent users through incentivized actions, and we help publishers monetize through our fast-growing offerwall and API integrations. We are now hiring an Offerwall Partnerships Manager to expand our advertiser ecosystem and grow Klink’s publisher network. Tasks Acquire new advertisers across gaming, fintech, GPT platforms, survey networks, and performance marketing ecosystems. Manage and grow advertiser relationships focused on CPI, CPA, and hybrid payout structures. Source, negotiate, and onboard new publishers, apps, and platforms to integrate Klink’s offerwall API. Build and scale a global publisher network that delivers consistent, high-quality user volume. Identify new offer sources and maintain a diversified advertiser mix across GEOs and verticals. Coordinate with product and tech teams to support integrations, track conversions, and troubleshoot delivery issues. Monitor performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, retention, payouts) to optimize live offers. Analyze market trends in the incentivized UA and task-app ecosystem to identify opportunities for growth. Maintain strong operational hygiene: offer setup, compliance checks, payout accuracy, and competitive benchmarking. Requirements 2+ years experience in offerwalls, performance advertising, incentivized UA, GPT/task apps, affiliate networks, or mobile gaming CPI/CPA sales. Existing relationships with advertisers, ad networks, gaming studios, GPT platforms, and/or publishers strongly preferred. Proven track record of acquiring advertisers or scaling publisher traffic in a performance environment. Solid understanding of CPI/CPA payout models, attribution, conversion funnels, and ARPU optimization. Ability to manage integrations through APIs, postbacks, and tracking platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, TUNE, Affise, HasOffers). Strong negotiation skills and confidence managing revenue-impacting deals. Data-driven mindset and comfort working with dashboards, performance analytics, and KPIs. Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, remote-first startup environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
