Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing live marketing events and community outreach campaigns.
• Represent nonprofit organizations, brands, and community partners professionally.
• Engage with customers, donors, attendees, and community members.
• Support event setup, registration, logistics, and promotional activities.
• Develop communication and customer service skills through daily interactions.
• Help track campaign results and support team goals.
• Participate in training focused on marketing, communication, leadership, and professional development.

Requirements

• Recent college graduates, students, or entry-level professionals
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
• Strong communicators who enjoy working with people
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
• Interested in event marketing, nonprofit outreach, sales, public relations, or business development
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Available for occasional evenings and weekends for events

Preferred

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, marketing, fundraising, or events is a plus but not required.
