Job Description

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is seeking two fellowship-trained Neurosurgeons to join its integrated neurosurgical network, with primary clinical practice at Huntington Hospital, a key affiliate within the Cedars-Sinai Health System.

We are recruiting candidates with expertise in either:

  • Endovascular Neurosurgery (Neurointerventional) 
  • Cranial/Facial Neurosurgery (Skull Base / Complex Cranial) 

These roles offer the opportunity to build and expand subspecialty programs within a high-performing community hospital while leveraging Cedars-Sinai’s academic infrastructure, specialty institutes, and regional referral network.

Role and Responsibilities

The selected candidates will provide comprehensive neurosurgical care and contribute to the development of subspecialty programs aligned with their expertise.

Endovascular Focus:

  • Perform minimally invasive treatment of cerebrovascular conditions (e.g., stroke, aneurysms, AVMs) 
  • Support and enhance a comprehensive stroke and neurointerventional program 
  • Collaborate closely with neurology, emergency medicine, and critical care teams 

Cranial/Facial Focus:

  • Manage complex cranial and skull base pathology, including tumors and vascular lesions 
  • Collaborate with ENT, oncology, and reconstructive specialists in multidisciplinary care models 
  • Expand cranial surgery and neuro-oncology services 

Shared Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical care 
  • Participate in on-call coverage and emergency services 
  • Contribute to clinical quality, safety, and pathway standardization 
  • Engage in Cedars-Sinai initiatives in program development, education, and research

We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown above takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. We also offer a comprehensive faculty benefits package.

Pay Range: $$660,000 - $1,200,000
