Responsibilities

• Walk assigned residential routes/neighborhoods distributing door hangers.
• Follow a provided route plan and cover it thoroughly and efficiently.
• Represent 1-Tom-Plumber professionally if you interact with homeowners.
• Track and report which areas/streets have been completed.
• Communicate with your supervisor on route progress, questions, or issues.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned neighborhoods.
• Able to walk outdoors for extended periods, in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable working independently and staying on task without direct supervision.
• Friendly, presentable, and reliable — you're often the first impression of our company.
• Must be able to pass a basic background check.
