Job Responsibilities:
- Own total revenue/margin performance across: Retail eCommerce (e.g., Lowe’s, Home Depot, etc.) Amazon, D2C websites
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets
- Build and manage channellevel forecasts, KPIs, and performance dashboards
- Identify growth opportunities across channels
- Analyze key metrics including:
- Conversion rate (CVR)
- Traffic & acquisition channels
- Average order value (AOV)
- Contribution margin/profitability
- Customer retention and lifetime value (LTV)
- Work with product development and marketing teams to build a culture of testandlearn (A/B testing, promotions, content optimization)
- Set clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations aligned to company objectives
- Drive accountability through regular performance reviews and business updates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, or online retail
- Experience managing multiple channels (D2C required, Amazon, Retail eCommerce, highly preferred)
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and hitting targets
- Analytical mindset comfortable working with data, dashboards, and KPIs
- Strong knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, presentation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Up to 30% of travel.
