OVERVIEW 

POPLIFE is seeking an experienced and strategic multicultural sales representative to lead and grow key client business, including a major alcohol beverage supplier. The individual serves as a trusted advisor, thought leader, and problem solver for clients, bringing a deep understanding of the field marketing landscape, emerging multicultural trends, and the evolving spirits and cocktail industry. The role requires a highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as the ability to influence others. Individuals must have a strong ability to collaborate effectively across functions with passion, charisma, and enthusiasm. The role requires the incumbent to be data driven and analytically savvy. 

GENERAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Call on assigned 30 elevated on-premise accounts and 30 off-premise accounts with regular frequency as their main PRUSA point of contact 
  • Lead customer meetings as a consultative partner through understanding their business processes, plans, needs and how the PR portfolio can play in their outlet 
  • Execute monthly and quarterly programs per guidance from market’s leadership; activate brand-specific programs based on key priority periods with trade & consumers, including sampling events with and without promotional agency 
  • Drive menus / features year-round with channel-specific trade and consumer programming 
  • Thoughtfully increase brand visibility with POS in key accounts 
  • Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and local trade within account universe and geographic area 
  • Act as market liaison between PRUSA brands and trade / consumers 
  • Maintain and grow a diverse trade network in assigned geographic area 
  • Maintain broad awareness of industry, on-premise channel, and category trend 
  • Collaborate with local distributors to ensure customer follow-through and support 
  • Identify and act on new opportunities in market for portfolio growth opportunities 
  • Serve as a product knowledge expert for covered PRUSA brands across assigned portfolio including upcoming innovations 
  • Uphold responsibility for key administrative, financial, and operational tasks, including: ○ Management of assigned Activation and T&E budgets; planning, tracking and spending within limits 
  • Management of POS (Point of Sale) deliveries to accounts; partnering with MM and Field Marketing to anticipate POS needs 
  • Logging and tracking sales activity and achievements regularly, utilizing mobile and desktop data tools

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in relevant sales capacity, preferably in alcohol beverage or consumer goods industry 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • Able to work evenings and weekends as required by account universe 
  • Proven track record of client leadership and account growth 
  • Experience managing, tracking and reconciling sampling budgets 
  • Must have Bev/Alch experience 
  • Excellent written and persuasive presentation skills 
  • Ability to mulit-task with attention to detail, follow through and consistently meet deadlines 
  • Demonstrate Problem solving skills 
  • Willingness to travel and be on-site for events 
  • Passion for culture 

COMPENSATION: 

  • $80,000 - $90,000 USD / annual (Commensurate to experience and location) 

TRAVEL: 

  • Minimal travel through state of Georgia
