Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Little Rock, AR, for a Multi-site Community Manager. The Multi-site Community Manager will oversee daily operations of assigned residential properties, ensuring excellent resident satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising property staff, financial management, leasing efforts, resident relations, and adherence to policies and regulations. The role also involves ensuring property maintenance, addressing resident concerns, and implementing strategies to maximize occupancy and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Property management skills, including experience in multi-site operations, staff supervision, and budgeting
• Customer service and resident relations skills with a focus on fostering positive interactions and addressing concerns promptly
• Knowledge of leasing practices and strategies to ensure high occupancy rates
• Familiarity with compliance, regulations, and maintenance in property management
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in RealPage, Onesite and Google Suite
• Education or certifications in property management, real estate, business, or a related field are preferred
