About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Designer to join our team, focusing on performance-driven advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing compelling visual assets that capture attention and drive measurable results. You will work on campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, creating static and motion graphics that are optimized for each platform’s specifications and audience behaviors.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a creative professional eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including media, content, and client stakeholders, to produce assets that support A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and other performance marketing initiatives. Your work will directly influence campaign performance and client success, making this a highly impactful role for individuals passionate about combining design excellence with data-driven marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in static and motion design, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward learning and experimentation. Experience with CRO tools and user research methodologies will be considered a plus, as they are essential for creating designs that are both aesthetically appealing and highly effective.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance-driven creative and CRO
  • At least 1 year of experience in motion graphics and video editing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
  • Experience with Figma or similar design tools
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and their creative requirements
  • Knowledge of performance marketing metrics, A/B testing, heatmapping, and CRO analytics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Interest in staying updated on industry trends, AI, and automation in marketing
Responsibilities
  • Design and produce engaging static ad sets and landing pages optimized for performance metrics
  • Create motion graphics and short-form videos tailored for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units, ensuring compliance with platform specifications and audience engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with media and content teams to align creative assets with campaign goals and audience insights
  • Maintain brand consistency across all static, motion, and video assets while adapting designs for different audience segments and platforms
  • Participate in designing and executing A/B tests and other experiments using CRO tools like Optimizely, Unbounce, and Crazy Egg
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping to gather insights and validate design decisions
  • Iterate and refine designs based on data insights, testing outcomes, and stakeholder feedback
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, providing regular updates and collaborating effectively with internal and client teams
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and best practices in CRO, user experience, and digital design
