- Standout: Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma; paid-social content experience.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the visual and video side of the brand
- Create compelling short-form videos, paid social ads, and marketing assets across all channels
- Produce motion graphics, animated ads, product demo videos, and static assets like social carousels and display ads
- Deliver work from concept to final output with a premium, craft-focused touch
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional design experience in a startup or 0-1 environment
- A strong, unique visual style and a portfolio that proves it
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and Figma
- Experience creating content for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) is a big plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
- Experience using AI tools to move faster (e.g., RunwayML, Pika, Sora, ElevenLabs)
- Ability to land a unique visual style that elevates content quality
