Job Description

Responsibilities

Execute product marketing plans for assigned products and portfolio initiatives.
Support end-to-end product launch execution, including timelines, messaging, go-to-market activities, and cross-functional coordination.
Partner with Brand Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Education, and Digital teams to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
Assist in developing product positioning, messaging, and value propositions based on customer insights, competitive analysis, and market trends.
Conduct competitive research and market analysis to support product strategy and identify opportunities.
Develop and maintain product marketing materials, sales enablement tools, presentations, product guides, and digital content.
Support the creation and execution of product launch communications and commercial support materials.
Monitor product performance and gather market feedback to identify opportunities for optimization.
Assist with pricing, promotional activities, and portfolio management projects by compiling data and preparing recommendations.
Coordinate product training materials and support launch readiness for internal commercial teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field of study.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a category management role, preferably within a consumer goods organization; experience with skin care, esthetics or personal care companies is highly desirable.
Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior.
Develop and implement category strategies to drive growth.
Effectively communicate with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Understanding of category management principles and techniques.
Negotiate and optimize product positioning for best marketing outcome.
Microsoft Office Proficiency, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting.
Understanding of financial principles and ability to analyze profitability and sales data.
