Job Description

Responsibilities

Analyze data from internal systems & digital platforms (i.e. Salesforce, SAP, Tableau), market research, and healthcare data sources (i.e. IQVIA) to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance, physician engagement, and commercial effectiveness.
Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
Track and optimize key performance indicators such as HCP engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
Support omnichannel marketing initiatives (email, digital, events, field engagement) through data-driven recommendations.
Develop insightful digital marketing KPIs, campaign ROI, and attribution models to represent the marketing activation team’s efforts supporting the broader business goals and objectives.
Apply predictive analytics and machine learning models to forecast demand, segment healthcare providers (HCPs), and identify high-value opportunities.
Leverage AI tools to enhance personalization, content optimization, and campaign automation.
Explore generative AI use cases within marketing while ensuring adherence to regulatory and brand standards.
Develop segmentation models for healthcare providers, hospitals, and key accounts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics or Marketing
5+ years’ experience in analytics, consulting, business strategy/analytics, finance, marketing, and/or health economics
Strong experience with Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake, Amazon S3, Alteryx
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis
Experience with Commercial Data Lakes (Snowflake)
Proven experience combining multiple, disparate datasets to develop insights
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights

Preferred

MBA or other advanced degree
Advanced in SQL
Experience in healthcare, medtech, life sciences, or a regulated industry
Familiarity with AI/ML techniques and responsible AI practices
Understanding of healthcare data, HCP engagement, and compliance requirements (HIPAA, GDPR)
Experience with healthcare industry claims data
