A Day in the Life: The Manager will play a key role directly managing the Rent2Buy & Ecommerce sales consultant team in the Car Sales division. This person will be responsible for engaging both the retail and remote operations, as well as managing and increasing revenue through remote e-commerce sales. In addition, this person will oversee sales efforts by leading a team of consultants that interface with both the field operations and customers. What You’ll Do: Develop and execute sales strategies: Create and implement plans to maximize retail, wholesale, and digital sales opportunities. Monitor performance metrics: Track KPIs, analyze sales data, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership. Collaborates with operations and internal stakeholders to grow ecommerce programs Lead and manage the sales team: Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets. What We’re Looking For: 5 years’ experience in Car Sales and Financing Moderate proficiency in Microsoft office and Automotive web tools Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations Ability to influence Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems Ability to build and lead a diverse, high-performing, results-oriented, and highly-engaged team. Ability to drive process and organizational change. Ability to motivate teams and keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset. Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills.
