Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch and optimize our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns end to end
• Own audience targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation
• Write and iterate on ad copy and angles, and brief or create simple creatives
• Track performance and report clearly on what is working, what is not, and what to do next
• Improve our funnel from ad click to signup, working closely with the rest of the team
• Experiment with new angles, audiences and formats to find what converts for a crypto admin tool

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), this is a must
• A track record of running and improving paid campaigns, ideally with measurable results
• Comfort with audiences, A/B testing, pixel/conversion tracking, and reading the data
• Good written and spoken English
• Self-starting and comfortable owning your channel in an early-stage product

Preferred

• Bonus: experience with fintech, crypto, or B2B/SaaS audiences
