Responsibilities

• Greet clients with confidence and warmth (not scripted, not robotic). Manage scheduling, flow, and communication seamlessly. Guide clients through services, memberships, and next steps. Keep the space calm, clean, and welcoming at all times.
• You are the brand voice. Create high-quality, on-brand content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc...). Capture real moments in the spa (treatments, team, results). Write captions that educate, connect, and convert. Plan and execute monthly content strategy. Promote services in a way that feels natural and trustworthy. Stay ahead of trends—but filter them through a refined brand lens.
• You are part of the bigger picture. Help shape the look, feel, and voice of our brand. Brainstorm promos, launches, and events. Identify what’s working (and what’s not) Contribute ideas that help move the business forward.

Requirements

• Front desk, hospitality, or client-facing experience.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with booking systems.

Preferred

• Med spa, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry experience.
• Social media/content creation experience (with examples).
• Front desk, hospitality, or client-facing experience.
