Responsibilities

• Photograph vacant and renovated apartments using our established shot list.
• Create Matterport 3D tours.
• Edit and optimize photography for marketing.
• Catch the little things before shooting—lights, blinds, toilet seats, debris, construction materials, etc.
• Know when something isn't photo-ready and speak up.
• Build and manage your own shooting schedule.
• Prioritize units based on readiness and leasing needs.
• Coordinate with construction, property management, leasing, and marketing.
• Track what's been captured, edited, uploaded, and completed.
• Ensure media and listing updates are completed within the 48-hour standard.

Requirements

• Have a strong visual eye, exceptionally organized, can work independently, manage competing priorities, learn reporting systems, and have attention to detail bordering on mildly annoying.
• Ownership. See an outdated listing? Fix it. Bad photo? Replace it. Unit coming ready? Plan for it. Find a killer angle that isn’t on the shot list? Take the shot.
