Job Summary

Own the end to end video and photo production pipeline for social and digital campaigns, from planning and on set to post production and delivery, with on site live streaming and AV coordination baked in.

  • End to end production ownership: plan, shoot, light, edit and deliver for social, digital and events.
  • Multi channel: support live streaming, on site shoots, and archived content across social and web.
  • Tools and process: direct shoots, post production, asset archiving and on set AV coordination to keep content on brand.

Job Description

  • Plans, shoots and edits photography and video content for social media, digital marketing, campaigns, events and internal communications
  • Applies post-production techniques such as color correction, audio editing, basic motion graphics and formatting for final delivery
  • Edits and optimizes photo and video content for social, digital and marketing channels, ensuring quality, consistency and brand alignment
  • Acts as producer and organizer for electronic media production projects. Functions as director/cameraperson when necessary.
  • Prepares sets for production. Constructs sets, assembles or creates props and supervises the construction of camera dolly layouts.
  • Functions as a one-person video production unit for multimedia production projects.
  • Serves as photographer and coordinating technician for live and archived Internet streaming projects.
  • Participates in location scouting and talent casting as required.
  • Designs lighting plans in coordination with the director. Operates lighting, audio and visual equipment during shoot to achieve the desired effect.
  • Configures and operates jib arm and other grip equipment.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, film/video production or photojournalism and three years of experience in television field production or still photography, including working knowledge of video production, lighting, audio production, camera support and digital camera equipment required
  • Associate's degree in communications, film/video production or photojournalism and five years of experience in television field production or still photography, including working knowledge of video production, lighting, audio production, camera support and digital camera equipment required
  • High school diploma or GED and seven years of experience in television field production or still photography, including working knowledge of video production, lighting, audio production, camera support and digital camera equipment required
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record required.
