Responsibilities

• You own paid acquisition. Meta and TikTok are your engines, and your job is to scale spend profitably in a vertical most media buyers can't run at all.
• This is a hands-on performance marketing seat — direct response, not brand — and it starts as a solo executor role with room to build a team as spend grows.
• Clear accountability for CPA / ROAS / CAC targets on meaningful monthly ad spend.
• Deep fluency in Meta Ads Manager — campaign structure, bidding strategy, audience building, placement optimization.
• Strong analytical foundation — you read performance data daily and turn it into clear next actions off numbers, not vibes.
• AI-fluent — you use AI in your daily workflow for creative, copy, analysis, and automation.
• Experience briefing creative teams to keep ad content fresh and high-performing.
• Comfort on-site in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where priorities shift quickly.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, in eCommerce or DTC.
• Proven experience scaling paid spend in a restricted or high-scrutiny vertical — supplements, nutra, peptides, CBD, gambling, or similar.
• Clear accountability for CPA / ROAS / CAC targets on meaningful monthly ad spend.
• Deep fluency in Meta Ads Manager — campaign structure, bidding strategy, audience building, placement optimization.
• Strong analytical foundation — you read performance data daily and turn it into clear next actions off numbers, not vibes.
• AI-fluent — you use AI in your daily workflow for creative, copy, analysis, and automation.
• Experience briefing creative teams to keep ad content fresh and high-performing.
• Comfort on-site in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where priorities shift quickly.
