Job Summary
You will own the hands-on technical support for milking machines, leading troubleshooting, parts coordination, and repairs while coordinating with customers, factory support, and vendors across multiple workflows.
- Own troubleshooting and repair workflow from ticket intake to resolution.
- Coordinate with factory and vendors to source parts and validate product improvements.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with troubleshooting mechanical issues on milking machines
- Manage and follow up on customer support tickets to resolve problems effectively
- Coordinate with factory support when issues cannot be resolved internally
- Support customers in identifying and ordering correct spare parts
- Track warranty parts given away and maintain associated documentation
- Procure necessary external parts and materials for repairs or improvements
- Repair damaged products and implement product improvements
- Maintain availability and organization of tools and workbench area
- Test new products and coordinate with vendors for product approvals
- Research potential products to expand the company’s portfolio
