Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing plans based on business and audience priorities
• Research customer trends, market developments, and competitor activity
• Support the development of campaign themes and messaging
• Organise marketing activities across digital and traditional channels
• Coordinate content requirements with internal teams and external partners
• Monitor campaign results and highlight useful performance insights
• Maintain marketing calendars, priorities, and upcoming deadlines
• Assist with audience segmentation and targeting activities
• Review customer feedback to identify potential marketing opportunities
• Prepare campaign summaries and recommendations for management

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, brand management, market research, business development, or a related area
• Good understanding of general marketing principles and customer engagement
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to interpret campaign or customer information
• Comfortable using digital marketing and standard business tools
• Creative approach combined with practical commercial awareness
• Ability to coordinate several campaigns or activities simultaneously
• Supervisory experience is useful but not essential for candidates with relevant marketing experience
• Relevant qualifications are welcomed, with transferable experience also considered
