Job Summary

Own the client experience end to end, ensuring flawless delivery from brief to renewals while coordinating schedules, content, and automation across multiple clients.

  • Manages day-to-day client relationships, briefs, and approvals
  • Verifies content and editor outputs before client delivery

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Be the last check before a client sees anything: cuts, captions, covers, links, automations, dates. If it is wrong, it stops with you.
  • A portfolio of clients day to day: the relationship, the month ahead, the monthly check-in call, and the experience of working with us.
  • The content schedule for your clients in Slate: pieces prepped, covers chosen, dates set, approvals chased, nothing going out late or unchecked.
  • Turning what a client asks for into a brief the Creative Director and editors can build from without coming back for the missing half.
  • Reviewing editor cuts before they reach a client, with feedback specific enough to act on.
  • Each client's DM and comment automations saying the right thing. The Senior Marketing Operations Lead builds them; you check and test them.
  • The value adds for your clients: the quick wins (email signatures, listings, links, landing pages) and the longer plays, so the client sees the whole service, not just the content.
  • Being on the ground: client visits, shoot days alongside the Creative Director, the odd casting call, and the follow-ups that come from being in the room.
  • The numbers for renewals: what we delivered, what moved, what is blocked on their side, so the founder walks into every renewal call with the case already built.

Requirements

  • Two to four years as the day-to-day contact for clients at an agency, or running social and marketing for a hospitality brand yourself.
  • Comfortable being the client's main point of contact.
  • Happy on the road.
  • You verify by reflex.
  • Confident with AI tools in daily marketing work, and in checking what they produce before anyone else sees it.
  • You look before you ask. If the answer is on the client's website or in the shared folder, you have already found it.
  • Organised in public: your work is visible in the system without anyone having to ask where things are.
  • UK based, with the right to work here and able to travel. Central Scotland, the North West or the South West is a plus, not a requirement.

Benefits

  • travel and stays paid
