Responsibilities

• Copywriting: from blogs to email copy. From telling stories to creating social posts
• Marcom project management: Drive deliverables calendar to ensure on-time delivery of content, programs, and events; including translations . Work with various internal teams (HR, legal, etc ) to ensure alignment, freshness of content and more
• Tra deshow and event planning and logistics support
• Ensure consistent internal and external communication of the brand, messaging, and tone across both the employee and customer journey
• Aid in development of tracking and r eport ing , including survey administration , program ROI, recommendations, learnings and more
• Liaise with m arketing c reative t eam and agency partners on creative execution of multiple programs , such as installation of brand programs at all sites.
• Budget tracking
• Execute digital propert y updates , including web site, intranet and social media channels
• Support the management of b rand on a g lobal b asis. Liaise with vendors, secure quotes and approvals
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization

Requirements

• A college degree in journalism, marketing, communication, or related field
• 1+ experience in a marcom or project management role
• Strong a bility to multitask , prioritize and be flexible with changing rol e requirements
• Self-motivated, confident, and energetic , while also being a great team player
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong time and project management skills
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 360 (Word, PPT, Excel, Teams, etc. )
• A panache to learn in a fast pace, hands-on environment
• A passion for creative writing
