Responsibilities

• Lead annual marketing strategies, go-to-market planning, and hard surface product positioning.
• Identify market opportunities through competitive analysis and consumer insights.
• Translate technical product features into customer-focused benefits.
• Partner with Product Development on assortment planning and lifecycle management.
• Lead collaboration across Product, Sales, Digital, and Operations to ensure execution and launch success.
• Oversee product copywriting and trade publication partnerships.
• Drive growth through Stanton's retail dealer networks and the interior design community.
• Collaborate with product development on all merchandising and point-of-sale solutions that elevate the in-store experience.
• Build marketing initiatives that support both independent flooring retailers and national accounts.
• Support sales promotions, customer events, and dealer activation campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of marketing experience, preferably within flooring.
• Strong understanding of hard surface flooring categories including hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl, and resilient products.
• Experience developing product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Preferred experience marketing through independent retailers, buying groups, designers, builders and/or distribution partners.
• Experience working with premium brands is highly preferred.
