Responsibilities

• The Herman Firm is seeking an energetic, organized, and relationship-driven Marketing, Reputation & Client Relations Manager to help grow our personal injury law firm and strengthen our reputation in the community.
• This is a hands-on position that combines marketing, client relations, reputation management, social media, referral development, and business development.
• A major focus of this position will be ensuring that our clients have an excellent experience with the firm, staying connected with current and former clients, generating positive client reviews, developing professional referral relationships, and making sure The Herman Firm remains visible and top-of-mind in our community.
• The position will work directly with the firm's owner and will have significant responsibility for developing and implementing the firm's overall marketing strategy.
• Primary ResponsibilitiesClient Reviews & Online Reputation
• Develop and manage a consistent system for obtaining Google, Yelp, and other online reviews from satisfied clients.
• Identify appropriate opportunities throughout a client's case to request feedback and reviews.
• Personally follow up with clients regarding reviews when appropriate.
• Monitor Google, Yelp, and other online platforms for new reviews.
• Coordinate timely and professional responses to reviews.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, client relations, reputation management, business development, hospitality, professional services, or a related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Comfort speaking directly with clients and developing professional relationships.
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile, Yelp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Experience creating or coordinating social media content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, relationships, and outside vendors.
• Basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance measurement.
• Strong writing skills.
• A proactive personality and willingness to take ownership of projects.
