Responsibilities

• Plan and walk assigned neighborhoods to distribute door hangers at a high, consistent pace.
• Warmly engage interested homeowners; share our value, gather contact details, and book estimates.
• Track activity and leads in our CRM with accuracy (we’ll train you).
• Hit weekly KPIs: door hangers placed, conversations held, estimates booked, and jobs attributed to your efforts.
• Coordinate with operations on timing and targeted areas (e.g., routes near active projects).
• Represent our brand with excellence: friendly, respectful, proactive.

Requirements

• People‑first communicator; confident starting friendly conversations at the door.
• Self‑starter who enjoys walking outdoors and staying active.
• Reliable, organized, and goal‑oriented (you like hitting numbers).
• Comfortable using a smartphone/CRM (training provided).
• Able to walk several miles a day and work in varying weather.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Based in Charlottesville, VA and nearby neighborhoods.
• Ability to Commute: Charlottesville, VA 22901 (Required)
• Ability to Relocate: Charlottesville, VA 22901: Relocate before starting work (Required)
