Responsibilities

• Marketing Initiatives: Overseeing content creation for the company website, social media, and marketing collateral to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Marketing Initiatives: Ensuring content accurately reflects recent projects, company achievements, and industry expertise.
• Marketing Initiatives: Developing and implementing client development strategies and targeted marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Marketing Initiatives: Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments.
• Marketing Initiatives: Overseeing the creation of marketing materials and presentations to support various levels of the organization, ensuring consistency and high-quality.
• Marketing Initiatives: Staying ahead of industry trends and best practices, integrating innovative approaches.
• Proposal and Business Development: Leading the end-to-end proposal development process, from opportunity identification to final submission.
• Proposal and Business Development: Drive proposal strategy, including content development, messaging, and competitive positioning collaborating with subject matter experts.
• Proposal and Business Development: Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility, credibility and build trust and interest with our clients.
• Proposal and Business Development: Manage CRM strategy and reporting; ensure data quality, usage adoption, and actionable insights to guide BD decision‑making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of marketing and proposal development experience, ideally within the A/E/C industry.
• At least 5 years of experience managing a team of marketing and proposal professionals.
• Proven expertise in strategic proposal development, with the ability to quickly understand complex service offerings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with proposal management software
