Location: 4x onsite and remote Friday in FL
Duration: 6 months +
2+ years of experience in advertising, marketing analytics, ad performance, or related domains (open to junior profiles with strong fundamentals)
Experience with digital advertising, paid media, or ad-supported platforms (TV/CTV/video preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and business requirements
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments , including user story creation and backlog participation
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders, including senior marketing leadership
Understanding of modern marketing tools and platforms

Preferred

Familiarity with Connected TV (CTV), digital video, or brand advertising measurement frameworks
Exposure to AI-driven tools and platforms (e.g., Copilot or similar technologies)
Working knowledge of tools such as Figma or similar product/design collaboration platforms
Understanding of the distinction between brand vs. performance advertising metrics
Experience in early-stage or evolving ad-supported platform environments
